5. Nature of the service
LifArcs is a biographical information service. It is not a post-based social network. The Home and Following feeds are generated automatically when an Arc’s life is updated (chapters, present, future, events). You do not need to “publish a post” for an update to appear, subject to visibility settings.
M2S CONSULTING SERVICES is the publisher of catalog pages it compiles from publicly available sources. It hosts, as an intermediary, content that users enter in their own accounts.
6. Intellectual property
The LifArcs name, domain, design, software and databases are protected. Unauthorised reuse is prohibited except for private copies and legal exceptions.
Biographical elements, photographs and distinctive signs of third parties remain theirs. Display on a catalog page is not a transfer of rights and is not an affiliation.
